here is a pink shrug that i just finished... its in ballerina pink berocco plush... it is warm but it makes me look like a football player.. damn garter stitch. what was i thinking! i made up the pattern, but i dont suggest you follow it! ill do another one sometime that is followable and 'more slimming' ;)

its real folks

i saw one. a snow owl in a tall tree in summer. oh yes. it was odd. but very very true. she had a little geisha fan, and a long strand of pearls that she twirled around a feathered finger. i swear.

*basil my new friend*

on the way home from the violent femmes concert tonight (i walked)
i found a little cricket
who was lonely and cold.
i named him basil and took him home
hes had me in stitches all day ... hes hilarious!
but he knows im a sucker for knock knock jokes.
*sigh*
cheers to my new friend basil. im sure we will have many adventures together...
he favours owl watching, marshmellows and a good black mascara.
we are just alike.
